Building a regulation-first, intelligent financial ecosystem

Connecting trust, identity, AI, liquidity, and tokenized value — so that institutions of every size can issue, hold, trade, and settle digital assets.

Who we are

Digital asset infrastructure for banks and regulated institutions

SBG was founded in Munich in 2018 and incorporated in the United States as SBG Inc. in 2025.

SBG is not a protocol and not an exchange. It builds infrastructure that covers the whole chain of a digital asset — from issuance to settlement — and is deployed inside the partner's own environment. You keep your clients, your brand, and your license. SBG provides the infrastructure behind them.

The largest banks have built on-chain infrastructure for their own clients. Most institutions have not. SBG builds it for them.

The platform

What the SBG platform does

A Layer-1 blockchain with core-banking accounting built into the ledger itself, and with agentic banking built in. Issuance, custody, trading, clearing, and settlement on one platform:

  • An on-chain banking platform for licensed institutions
  • Institutional asset issuance
  • Treasury management
  • Enterprise-grade custody
  • Trading and clearing around the clock
  • Settlement infrastructure
  • Tokenization-as-a-service
  • Stablecoin issuing and reserve management
  • Fund administration
  • White-label B2B2C services

The One-Account Model: one integration and one operating relationship for issuance, custody, trading, clearing, and settlement. It is not a bank deposit account.

These are capabilities of the technology platform. Regulated services are provided only by entities that hold the required authorization.

Items tagged Optional, Phase 2, or Next step are possible additions, not part of a region's status. How SBG uses these labels: Legal notice.

SBG treats licenses as infrastructure: each licensed market is a trust zone on the same platform, and a new market is an added license, not a new build. Rules attached to zones, asset types, identities, and transactions determine whether an asset may cross from one zone into another. The design goal: liquidity grows across borders without compliance being lost at the border.
